Job Title: Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $125,000+ annually, based on experience Experience Level: 10+ Years

Position Overview: Malamut Law is a results-driven plaintiff’s law firm seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney with 10 or more years of experience handling complex personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom, excels in client advocacy, and has a proven track record of favorable verdicts and settlements. This is an excellent opportunity to lead significant cases in a supportive and respected practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.

Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Work directly with clients to ensure high-quality representation and communication.

Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

Extensive trial and courtroom experience in NJ Superior Courts.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a high-value caseload.

Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Client-focused with a strong commitment to justice and results.
