We are looking to hire a hard-working, trustworthy Senior Pool Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position that will be responsible for a pool route plus one-time services and minor repairs. We offer hourly pay, health coverage compensation PLUS incentive rewards. Competitive rates based on experience. Reimbursement for certifications!

What Our Technicians Do:
Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
Perform on-site minor repairs, filter cleanings, one-time services and recurring pool maintenance
Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
Backwash filters, check pool equipment
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool services
Customer service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
Some heavy lifting (could be 50lbs)
Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
Clean background check
High school diploma or higher
Minimum 1-year previous professional experience in pool industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Diagnosis and minor repair work on pool equipment such as repairs for PVC leaks, valves, filters, sweepers, impeller clean-outs, etc.
CPO and/or other industry certifications
Desire for career growth and advancement opportunities
