Key Responsibilities

Present photos to guests in a professional setting

Confidently guide customers through image selection and product options

Upsell and cross-sell premium items, including additional images and custom frames

Perform light image enhancements (color to sepia and basic adjustments)

Personalize packages to meet guest preferences and budgets

Communicate the value, craftsmanship, and quality of our portrait work

Deliver a refined, welcoming, and memorable sales experience
