    Position overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Senior Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade, AI-enhanced solutions. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage their workload, and deliver impactful results without extensive onboarding or ramp-up time.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on builder, capable of engaging directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect intelligent solutions, and drive innovation. This role will also contribute to the establishment of a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and support the organization’s broader digital transformation and AI strategy.

    We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $120,000 to $135,000 USD.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
    • Architect and manage complex Copilot Studio projects, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
    • Design and implement AI-driven solutions, leveraging tools such as AI Foundry, Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio orchestration.
    • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and deliver tailored, high-impact applications.
    • Align Power Platform initiatives with enterprise digital transformation goals and AI strategy.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.
    • Define and enforce governance policies, including DLP, environment strategy, and role-based access controls.
    • Mentor junior developers and business users, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
    • Drive the creation of reusable components, templates, and documentation within a Power Platform CoE.
    • Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
    • Integrate data from Dataverse, Azure services, and external APIs to support advanced analytics and reporting.
    • Rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging AI and automation capabilities.
    • Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and proactively integrate new features and AI advancements.
    • Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations to promote adoption and alignment.

    Required Skills

    • Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
    • Advanced proficiency in Copilot Studio, including orchestration, custom connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
    • Familiarity with development languages such as Python, SQL, or X++ is a plus.
    • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
    • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or App Maker Associate.

    Required Experience

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
    • 2–3 years of experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents, including advanced orchestration and integrations.
    • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions independently and engaging with senior stakeholders.
    • Experience with AI-enhanced applications, intelligent agents, or conversational AI platforms is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with AI Foundry or similar platforms for building agentic AI solutions.
    • Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and lifecycle management.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Passion for innovation, AI, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) with knowledge of compliance requirements.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field—or equivalent work experience.

    **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS **

The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $120,000 to $135,000 USD.
