Responsibilities: • Assist the owner/managing attorney in managing a variety of case matters. • Conduct legal research and analysis related to probate cases. • Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to wills, petitions, and probate pleadings. • Collaborate with the owner/managing attorney to develop case strategies. • Oversee or review work for entry-level associates, as needed. • Conduct consultations, as needed. • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Experience with Probate law in Arizona of at least 3 years. Or another state but willing to get licensed in Arizona. • Experience with Litigation of at least 3 years. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. • Familiarity with online legal research tools and case management software. Compensation: $125 - $180 hourly
