- Define testing protocols and inspection criteria that ensure conformance with performance specs, quality standards, and FDA regulations.
- Act as a technical lead on key customer programs—owning outcomes, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
- 7+ years of process engineering experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with progressive stamping processes (required)
- Proven success launching complex medical components or implantable devices into production
- Ability to lead projects in ambiguous, fast-moving R&D environments with tight timelines
- Strong technical foundation in tooling design, material selection, FEA, and process optimization
- Familiarity with regulatory and validation protocols within medical device manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
What You'll Enjoy:
- Competitive base salary + flexible compensation structure
- Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance
