What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain bilingual (English/Spanish) manufacturing and packaging records

• Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPAs

• Support process validation, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation

• Write and update bilingual SOPs and validation protocols

• Partner with manufacturing to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence

• Ensure ongoing compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish

• Experienced in CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and quality systems

• Comfortable authoring batch records and validation documentation

• Able to represent Quality independently in key meetings
