    • Partner directly with founders to design systems where AI must make real-time decisions balancing precision, speed, and user trust.
    • Scale the product into new industries and workflows through rapid pilots, live demos, and customer-facing iterations.
    • Contribute to the core platform fundamentals engineered to support billions of users.
    • Operate with urgency and ownership, ensuring every project reflects high standards of craft and accountability.

    Technical environment

    • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript

    What we are looking for

    • Deep technical expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and ideally ClickHouse.
    • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact products beyond internal tools or simple dashboards.
    • Startup experience or strong signals such as top-tier schools, open-source contributions, or tenure at leading technology companies.
    • Strong fundamentals in system design, scalability, and code quality, with clear opinions about your craft.
    • Bonus points for experience in event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or advanced programming languages such as Elixir, Rust, or Scala.

    What is not a fit

    • Frequent job changes or unexplained employment gaps.
    • Consulting-heavy backgrounds without product ownership.
    • Long-time managers or CTOs seeking to return to individual contributor roles.
    • Primarily infrastructure or DevOps-focused experience without product engineering depth.

    Culture

    • Ownership and urgency: a team that values accountability and speed.
    • Craft and debate: spirited discussions, bold ideas, and building products we are proud of.
    • In-person collaboration: close, hands-on work in San Francisco for faster iteration and deeper alignment.
