The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Adobe.com Platform team to lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Adobe.com’s design system. Adobe.com is one of the most visited corporate websites in the world, serving as the primary digital touchpoint for millions of customers and playing a critical role in Adobe’s revenue engine.
In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated cross-functional squad spanning design, engineering, and publishing, responsible for delivering and operating a scalable, enterprise-grade design system. You will drive improvements in development velocity, governance, experimentation, and global publishing at scale-ensuring consistency, performance, and flexibility across the ecosystem.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong product judgment, platform thinking, and operational rigor.
What you'll Do
• Define and evolve the vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Translate business and ecosystem needs into well-defined epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads on architecture decisions, performance budgets, reusability and scalability, and workflows.
• Drive adoption strategy across Adobe.com's properties.
• Build compelling arguments that clearly state the impact and value of proposed initiatives.
• Participate in planning and vision refinement sessions with business, build, and engineering teams.
• Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers.
What you need to succeed
• 6+ years of Web Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in envisioning, outlining, developing, and launching products within a web/mobile environment with a strong grasp of web technologies.
• Experience with Web CMS platforms or Front-End systems of a highly trafficked website. Experience with design systems a plus.
• Strong proficiency in defining product requirements, writing functional specs, and crafting user stories.
• Experience working with other geographic locations and familiar with regional needs.
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity and change in the product backlog.
• Driven to deliver outcomes with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work at all levels within the organization.
• Highly analytical, with a strong emphasis on using data to guide decisions and accomplish measurable key results.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
• Passion for continuous learning about industry and technology trends.
Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
