    About the Role

At the heart of this innovation is Brands, a groundbreaking AI system that codified brand identity into machine-readable ontologies to maintain brand accuracy and impact across all creative materials.

    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager t o define a central place to manage explicit guidelines (brand context, activation context, legal & compliances) and curating implicit guidelines as inputs to AI-first brand understanding that automates content operations to deliver on-brand & performant content faster, more reliably, and at scale.

    This position suits an individual passionate about AI, design systems, and enterprise marketing, provisioning, administration and governance. It demands a strong emphasis on execution and cross team collaboration.

    What You'll Do

    • Define the product vision , strategic direction and roadmap
      Lead the strategy for how enterprises set, govern, and scale brand guidelines-both explicit (defined rules) and implicit (inferred patterns across brand, activation, legal, and compliance contexts).

    • E stablish governance frameworks
      Build governance models that empower the right custodians to update brand information, manage change, and trigger continuous learning loops that improve the system through human feedback.

    • Define access and permission patterns
      Develop intuitive access models that allow brand managers and admins to manage permissions for creatives, marketers, communicators, and external agencies-supporting seamless, secure workflows.

    • Collaborate across Adobe
      Partner closely with GenStudio, Firefly, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact capabilities aligned with Adobe’s broader brand and content supply chain strategy.

    • Engage deeply with enterprise customers
      Work directly with brand managers and administrators to understand challenges in brand governance, distill insights, and convert them into clear, actionable product requirements.

    • Own the business outcomes
      Act as the “CEO of the Brand Control Center.” Define the targets, track progress against goals, and drive measurable business outcomes with relentless focus.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • 5-7+ years of product management experience in building administration & management planes such as Brand Hubs, Asset Management experiences (DAM), etc.
    • Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
    • Experience with creative and marketing content processes, including agency workflows.
    • Strong technical grounding in evals framework and reinforcement learning.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment skills - you can encourage designers, engineers, and enterprise collaborators alike.
    • A builder’s approach: curiosity, execution velocity, and empathy for end users.
    • Good mix of IQ and EQ, bringing to bear data and relationships to get results.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Build, or a related area.
    • Background in building design systems, brand systems, or content production automation.
    • Experience in provisioning, management, and governance.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
