The opportunity
Join Adobe as a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in data strategy, analytics, and governance, with a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making! You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for data infrastructure and insights across Adobe’s Experience League platform, the central learning and enablement hub for Adobe enterprise customers.
Your work will drive key priorities like measuring platform impact, content effectiveness, improving customer experiences, and enabling AI-readiness. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, product, and content. By delivering trusted insights and infrastructure, you’ll empower smarter decisions, boost platform performance, and elevate the customer experience across Adobe Experience League!
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Own and evolve the data and insights roadmap to align measurement capabilities with business and technical goals across learning, community, advocacy, marketing, and content teams.
Lead a vision for using data to shape platform priorities, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Translate complex insights and reporting needs into scalable analytics infrastructure, including Web SDK, data layer design, event tracking, and metadata.
Data Quality & Governance
Establish and scale governance practices to ensure clean, consistent, and trustworthy platform data
Define and evolve a unified data model and taxonomy that supports consistent tagging, structured metadata, and AI-readiness
Partner with the information architect PM to enforce tagging standards, taxonomy alignment, and consistent reporting definitions
Audit, validate , and troubleshoot analytics implementations alongside a team of subject matter experts to ensure end-to-end data quality
Qualifications
7+ years of experience delivering complex web analytics and multi-stream insights, with a focus on data strategy and platform capabilities in enterprise settings
Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Experience Platform Web SDK, including end-to-end implementations, integrations, and tag management
Proficient in APIs, Power BI, and data extraction from MongoDB and other data sources
Expertise in data modeling, labeling, and metadata standards to support structured content, personalization, and AI-readiness
Strategic and collaborative leader skilled in translating business needs into scalable analytics infrastructure and driving impactful, data-informed decisions across teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
