As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll lead mission-critical initiatives that directly influence Adobe’s strategy in this space. This is a highly cross-functional role with endless opportunities to make a meaningful impact at scale.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive product vision : Define and lead critical product areas that shape the future of audience management within Adobe’s CDP.
Innovate and prototype : Explore new features and workflows, from early ideation to testing, that unlock new possibilities for our customers.
Build alignment across teams : Partner with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences.
Champion the customer : Bring deep customer empathy to inform product decisions that optimize marketing strategies through smarter audience discovery.
Enable go-to-market success : Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure adoption and market impact.
Scale for the future : Help our platform grow to serve thousands of enterprise customers with speed, reliability, and sophistication.
What You’ll Bring
Proven product management experience : 5+ years leading enterprise products in high-growth environments, ideally in customer data platforms or adjacent technologies.
Analytical excellence : Ability to synthesize complex inputs and make thoughtful, real-time decisions.
Roadmap leadership: Experience defining and delivering ambitious product roadmaps that balance long-term vision with immediate priorities.
Exceptional communication : Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Team-first approach: Collaborative, curious, and driven to encourage alignment across functions.
Location: This position is based in San Jose, CA and is not approved for fully remote work.

Real-time Customer Data Platform Overview
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
