This role sits at the center of product strategy, surgeon and veterinarian collaboration, and cutting-edge development of surgical technologies. You’ll guide products from concept through commercialization while shaping solutions that improve care for animal patients worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management of veterinary surgical products

• Partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing on new product development

• Conduct market research, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis

• Build relationships with key surgeons, veterinarians, and commercial partners

• Guide product launches, training, and promotional initiatives

• Support field teams and key sales situations

• Monitor product performance and guide improvements throughout the lifecycle

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.

• Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy

• Ability to train surgeons, veterinarians, and sales teams on procedures and technology

• Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for product development or training

• Ability to lead and guide other product or project managers
