    Overview

    We’re seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud environment, including ERP, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. This is a business-facing leadership role partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Data teams to drive system performance, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

    This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle - from roadmap and delivery to production stability and continuous improvement - with a strong focus on modernization and automation initiatives.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own product roadmap, backlog, and delivery across Oracle ERP Cloud and integrations
    • Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, user stories, and releases
    • Drive integration strategy across systems (API, event-driven, file-based)
    • Ensure system reliability, including incident management and root cause analysis
    • Partner with Finance teams on close processes, reporting, and data quality
    • Lead releases, UAT, and change management across environments
    • Manage vendors and coordinate delivery across onshore/offshore teams
    • Establish governance across security, access, and system lifecycle
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
    • Track and improve business impact through system enhancements

    What You Bring

    • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, enterprise systems, or similar roles
    • 4+ years working with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and integrations (OCI - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OIC - Oracle Integration Cloud)
    • Strong mix of functional and technical experience (ERP configuration, integrations, reporting)
    • Experience partnering with Finance/Accounting stakeholders
    • Familiarity with regulated environments (SOX, audit, compliance)
    • Strong Agile experience and ability to lead delivery teams
    • Experience supporting complex, multi-entity environments

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with cloud platforms and integration tools
    • Exposure to automation or AI-driven initiatives
    • Background in large-scale enterprise system transformations
