About the Role:

Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Program Manager / Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chantilly. VA This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex programs and support critical acquisition efforts within a dynamic, mission-focused environment. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle program management activities across multiple concurrent projects

Develop and execute acquisition strategies, plans, and documentation in support of government or defense contracts

Coordinate with stakeholders, contracting officers, and program offices to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables

Monitor program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Draft, review, and manage acquisition-related documents including SOWs, PWS, RFPs, and acquisition plans

Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and acquisition best practices

Identify and mitigate program risks while communicating status updates to senior leadership

Apply organization-specific acquisition policies and procedures, including National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) acquisition considerations, as applicable.

Advise program leadership on the selection and use of appropriate contract vehicles, including:

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts

Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)

Time-and-Materials (T&M) contracts

Cost-Reimbursement contracts

Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in program management and/or government acquisition

Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations

Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs strongly preferred

PMP certification or DAU Acquisition certifications a plus

Active TS/SCI CI Poly

Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
