    The Enterprise Portfolio Product Marketing team is searching for a Senior Program Manager to drive clarity, orchestration, and implementation across Product Marketing (PMM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) projects related to enterprise programs, and critical initiatives. This position brings more structure and operational focus to a multifaceted system, helping teams advance from concepts to action with higher reliability and impact.

    Collaborating directly with the Chief of Staff, you will translate strategic priorities into durable plans, clear ownership models, and execution frameworks. You will focus on areas where priorities intersect across teams, ensuring decisions are surfaced and resolved at the right level. You will build shared understanding that helps teams act proactively rather than reactively.

    This role requires excellent judgment, ease with operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. You will navigate complex collaborator environments, drive accountability, and build operating rhythms that reduce friction, increase velocity, and support high-quality outcomes.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead semi-annual preparation of the product marketing team to communicate PMM and GTM goals, strategies, and priorities with teams.
    • Provide a consolidated view of deliverables across product portfolio and functions, clarify interdependencies, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues impacting execution.
    • Lead PMM and GTM program meetings, including quarterly calendar planning, agenda creation, meeting facilitation, documentation of outputs, tracking progress, and outcome reporting.
    • Program directs critical initiatives by assembling discovery items, creating program structure, facilitating goal setting, defining timelines and achievements, clarifying collaborator roles and deliverables, and leading development and delivery of coordinated functional plans.
    • Conduct readiness assessment, gather signoffs, and report status to senior leadership.
    • Provide support as necessary for the preparation and implementation of quarterly business programs to assess progress relative to objectives, communicate performance, and shift priorities when appropriate.
    • Build, maintain, and manage collaboration spaces to support collaborator engagement, surface execution health, and serve as the central hub for program communications and materials.
    • Build and nurture effective relationships within Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Operations, and extended teams to address business challenges, evolve processes, and ensure alignment across the ecosystem.

    Skills & Experience:

    • 5-6 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with a strong track record of successful go-lives, especially, but not limited to, the Enterprise Route to Market.
    • Proven experience in the technology industry, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance teams.
    • PMP certification or equivalent formal training.
    • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and drive successful adoption across teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
    • Foundational knowledge of business change management principles and practices.
    • Highly organized with outstanding documentation skills to support transparency and execution clarity.
    • Proven experience facilitating and leading meetings with large and diverse audiences.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clarify complex topics for various collaborator groups.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging collaborators at all levels of the organization.
    • Results-focused with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable owning multiple workstreams or areas of an initiative independently.
    • Proven capability to achieve outcomes in a dynamic setting, managing several priorities efficiently.
    • Strong proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office.

    Expected Pay Range:
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $98,800 -- $202,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
