Drive Enterprise-Scale Infrastructure Programs From Concept to Close
The Talent Source is partnering with a Fortune-ranked enterprise to deliver a multi-year pipeline of large, complex infrastructure and facilities projects. We’re seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager who has already led 30 or more enterprise-level projects through a rigorous PMO/PPMO—cradle-to-grave. What You’ll Own
- Manage full-lifecycle delivery (initiation ? close) of warehouse, data-center, and campus build-outs, coordinating architects, GCs, business sponsors, and IT teams.
- Decompose requirements into detailed WBS in an enterprise PPM tool (Planview, Clarity, Daptiv, MS Project Online, etc.); track schedule, budget, resources, and earned value.
- Proactively surface risks, drive mitigation plans, and keep executive stakeholders informed with crisp, audience-tailored communications.
- Interpret architectural/MEP drawings, site plans, and structural schedules to anticipate IT impacts (IDF/MDF placement, UPS/PDU capacity, cabling).
- Lead contract/vendor management, change control, lessons-learned, and formal project closure in alignment with PMBOK.
- Champion “entrepreneurial ownership” of budget, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering $MM infrastructure projects in enterprises of 20k–30k employees.
- 30+ end-to-end projects run in a disciplined PMO / PPMO.
- Active PMP certification (required).
- Demonstrated mastery of at least one enterprise PPM suite for resource & financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Data-center / warehouse infrastructure (such as: VMware / Hyper-V, UPS/PDU, structured cabling, IDF/MDF build-outs ).
- Reading architectural & reflected-ceiling plans; basic permitting / certificate-of-occupancy concepts.
- Executive-caliber written & verbal communication—able to craft business-ready decks and status reports free of grammar/spelling issues.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA); BS in Electrical Engineering highly preferred.
- Initiative & self-direction: you research what you don’t yet know, then run at speed.
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL service lifecycle.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction-management platforms.
