    We are partnering with a federal government contractor to identify a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Scheduler / EVMS Analyst to support complex DoD programs. This role will lead the development, integration, and analysis of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) while ensuring full alignment with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.

    The ideal candidate brings deep experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, advanced scheduling expertise, and a strong ability to translate complex schedule and performance data into actionable program insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and analyze compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD and SAP/SCI programs

    • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to produce schedules that enable accurate performance tracking, variance analysis, and corrective action planning

    • Structure project activities with logical sequencing, valid predecessors/successors, and a defensible critical path

    • Align schedule activities with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to support resource tracking and performance measurement

    • Ensure schedules reflect life-cycle phase entry/exit criteria, including proper Earned Value techniques and routine status updates

    • Assess and optimize existing schedules, providing recommendations on restructuring, critical path improvements, and risk mitigation strategies

    • Validate schedule forecasts and milestone projections to support accurate program performance reporting

    • Implement and manage a Microsoft Project Server environment to maintain a consolidated master schedule across programs

    • Develop and document standardized scheduling processes and procedures to ensure consistency across program teams

    • Communicate schedule status, risks, and performance metrics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Proactively identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies through forward-looking analysis

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

    • 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, including hands-on program scheduling and acquisition support

    • 5–7 years of recent experience supporting SAP/SCI environments (within the last five years)

    • Willingness to consent to and complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, if required

    • Experience supporting government acquisition organizations across cost, technical, and program management functions

    • Experience in a space acquisition environment (highly preferred)

    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project, including advanced scheduling, critical path analysis, and EVM integration

    • Hands-on experience implementing and administering Microsoft Project Server

    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-tempo environment

    • Proven ability to communicate complex technical and programmatic concepts in a clear, concise manner

    • Self-starter mindset with minimal supervision and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Familiarity with DoD system design, development, and manufacturing efforts governed by federal contracts, specifications, and standards

    Education & Certifications

    Required:

    • Master’s degree (MA/MS/ME) in a relevant field

    • Equivalent combination of relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

    Additional Requirements

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen

    • Ability to obtain and maintain required high-level Department of Defense security clearance

    • Selected candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified government information

    $145,000-$158,000 per year
