Qualifications: Architectural license preferred. 5+ years of residential architectural experience. Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing. Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software. Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable. Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary
