Qualifications: • • Architectural license preferred. • 5+ years of residential architectural experience. • Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing. • Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software. • Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable. Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary
