    What You’ll Do

    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
    • Guide project vision, aligning design intent with budget, schedule, and client goals
    • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and momentum
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all phases of development

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
    • 8+ years of professional experience in commercial design
    • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client relationships
    • Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as Revit and related software
    • Knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction processes

    $145,000 per year
