Senior Project Engineer – Subsea Installation & Offshore Construction

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of challenging and exciting offshore projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of end-to-end project execution, from planning to offshore execution and delivery. Your expertise will play a critical part in ensuring successful outcomes across Subsea SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines), EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation), or IRM (Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance) scopes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, review, and implement detailed project engineering procedures and work scopes.
• Collaborate across departments, breaking silos to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead installation and offshore operations, with occasional offshore visits to lead and monitor activities and scopes of work.
• Provide technical insight by providing innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
• Wear multiple hats and contribute to the organization’s growth beyond just project engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in subsea SURF, EPCI, or IRM project engineering. Offshore installation experience is essential. OR Installation Engineer
• Skills: Strong background in developing and executing engineering procedures. Hands-on approach with a knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team player. Comfortable working across disciplines and stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Availability: Open to occasional offshore travel (not extensive) to oversee scopes of work.
