Senior Project Manager – Nationwide Travel Role

This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. and requires extensive travel—200+ days per year.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee large-scale commercial projects (over $1M) from start to finish. You’ll lead project teams, ensure exceptional client communication, and drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and with the highest safety standards. You’ll also mentor and train other project managers, helping them grow into future leaders.
What You’ll Do
Lead on-site walkthroughs, assess damage, and meet with clients, adjusters, and consultants.
Develop project scopes, proposals, contracts, and critical path plans.
Manage budgets, timelines, crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee safety protocols, hazard analysis, and site-specific safety plans.
Secure client approvals on project scopes, changes, and authorizations.
Keep detailed progress maps and documentation updated daily.
Train and mentor project managers and site teams.
Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and client satisfaction throughout every project.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing commercial projects over $1M from start to finish.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for training and developing others.
Expertise in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope management for Time and Material projects.
Excellent communication skills with clients, adjusters, and consultants.
Ability to identify and address safety issues proactively.
Knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices.
Willingness to travel extensively (200+ days/year, up to 90 consecutive days).
