Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Dallas, TX | Full-Time | $95,000–$115,000 + up to 10% bonus

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial roofing projects across the Dallas area. If you’re an experienced leader who can keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards, this could be your long-term home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish — scheduling, budgets, change orders, billing, and client satisfaction

• Supervise Project Coordinators and Superintendents

• Maintain safety, QA/QC, and production standards

• Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and crews

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial construction (roofing preferred)

• 2+ years as an Assistant PM or higher

• OSHA 30 certification

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license
