    About Us: DataSource Technology delivers end-to-end technology deployment and network solutions to healthcare organizations across the United States. We specialize in executing high-volume, multi-site rollouts of critical IT infrastructure with precision and minimal operational disruption. We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare deployments and serve as a strategic liaison between our clients and internal teams.

    Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee multi-city technology deployments for hospitals and healthcare facilities. This is a client-facing leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional team management, and full accountability for project budgets and timelines.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex healthcare IT deployment projects

    Oversee field engineering teams of 8 to 20 across multiple geographic locations

    Coordinate pre-sales activities, project scoping, and SOW development

    Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project

    Lead weekly client calls and status updates with key stakeholders

    Ensure timely installation of memory, CPUs, monitors, and related hardware

    Maintain control over project scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and change orders

    Collaborate with account executives and technical teams to deliver on client expectations

    Ensure smooth handoff and documentation during project closeout

    Required Qualifications

    PMP certification

    10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity

    Direct experience managing IT rollouts in healthcare or hospital environments

    Experience leading multiple simultaneous deployments across geographically dispersed locations

    Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams

    Strong communication and client relationship skills

    Willing and able to travel 30% (U.S. only)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)

    Familiarity with network infrastructure and endpoint technology deployment

    Experience working in both pre-sales and post-sales environments

    Physical Requirements
