Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution across complex game development initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning teams, creating delivery visibility, and ensuring milestones are met from early concept through launch.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end project coordination across engineering, design, art, QA, and production teams
Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules in partnership with leadership
Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively remove blockers
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Oversee build schedules, release readiness, and launch coordination activities
Serve as the communication hub to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder visibility
Improve processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen delivery consistency and team throughput
Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, localization teams, and platform stakeholders
Qualifications
4+ years of project/program management experience in gaming or closely related industries
Advanced experience with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks
Familiarity with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and version control systems (Git, Perforce)
Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production cycles
Proven ability to manage multi-team, interdependent initiatives with complex dependencies
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
