Job Summary / Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects or project portfolios. The role provides leadership across all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
The Senior Project Manager ensures project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance are achieved while managing complex stakeholder relationships and project risks. The role provides strategic leadership to project teams and serves as a key interface between project leadership, executive management, clients, contractors, and partners.
Working closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction leadership, the Senior Project Manager ensures project performance is effectively monitored and that corrective actions are implemented to maintain project success.

· Lead the execution of large-scale EPC projects or multi-project portfolios from initiation through completion
· Provide overall leadership to multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls
· Establish project execution strategies, project management plans, and delivery frameworks
· Ensure alignment of scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
· Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting in coordination with Project Controls
· Manage complex project risks, commercial issues, and stakeholder relationships
· Lead contract administration, change management, and claims resolution processes
· Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and project team members
· Interface with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders on project performance and strategic matters
· Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with company governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
· Oversee preparation of executive-level project reports, dashboards, and financial forecasts
· Support business development activities including project proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, project governance, and operational performance
Qualifications
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
· Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
Education, Experience, and/or Training
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 12-15 years of experience managing large scale EPC or infrastructure projects.
· Demonstrated experience delivering complex capital projects.
· Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
