Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior PMO Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Health and Human Services Eligibility domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of PMO experience, including significant leadership on complex initiatives related to Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of legacy systems, data conversion, and data quality assurance, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

1. Project Leadership:
• Level III: Over seven (7) years of experience managing complex projects.
• At least two (2) years in a formal leadership role as a Project Manager.
2. Domain Expertise:
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a PMO Project Manager.
• Proven expertise in Health and Human Services Eligibility systems supporting at least one of the following: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare.
• Hands-on experience in data conversion, data modeling, and data quality validation.
• Strong experience working with legacy systems and ETL teams.
