  • Responsibilities

    Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale public infrastructure work in Charlotte. This is a high-impact role with a stable and respected heavy civil contractor known for tackling complex DOT and public-sector projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead project teams with a focus on safety, productivity, and personnel performance
    • Manage construction operations including budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and risk
    • Oversee field operations, productivity, and value engineering opportunities
    • Contribute to estimating and supplemental agreements as needed
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships and support new business development efforts

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
    • 10+ years of heavy civil or DOT construction experience
    • Experience with Aviation/Airport projects is a plus
    • Experience with project management, scheduling, and field operations
    • P.E. license is a plus

    $140,000 per year
