Build Projects That Customers Depend On

Are you the type of person who enjoys taking ownership of a project from kickoff to completion? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where organization, communication, and problem-solving make the difference between a good project and a great one?

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead custom manufacturing projects from the moment Sales hands them off through production, installation, and successful customer completion.

This is more than managing schedules—you'll be the central point of communication between our customers, engineering, production, supply chain, and installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.

If you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life, we'd love to meet you.

    What You'll Do

Own Projects from Start to Finish

You'll take full responsibility for managing assigned projects after the sales process is complete.

    Your responsibilities include:

Review project documentation, CAD drawings, specifications, renderings, project binder and customer requirements

Complete and finalize Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accurate part numbers and material requirements

Coordinate purchasing with Supply Chain and monitor long-lead items

Develop and manage project schedules with Operations

Track production progress and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery

Coordinate shipping, installation logistics, and customer communication

Manage project changes, change orders, and schedule adjustments

Maintain accurate project documentation in Monday.com and company systems

Complete project closeout, cost analysis, and lessons learned documentation

    What Success Looks Like

    Successful Project Managers consistently:

Deliver projects on or ahead of schedule

    Keep projects within budget

Build accurate Bills of Materials with minimal errors

Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams

Anticipate problems before they become emergencies

Keep multiple projects moving without losing attention to detail

Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

7+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, millwork, architectural products, industrial equipment, or a related industry

Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD drawings

    Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP or inventory systems (Fishbowl experience is a plus)

Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software

Manufacturing, fabrication, architectural millwork, commercial construction, or custom products experience
