    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or project delivery

    • Successful track record managing ground-up residential or mixed-use projects

    • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external consultants

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

    Must-Haves

    • Full ownership of the pre-construction process

    • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders

    • Comfort transitioning from planning into active project execution

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and decisive under pressure
