Overview

An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale mission critical construction projects. This role involves full project lifecycle management—from preconstruction planning through on-site execution—ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project scope and quality
• Supervise field teams and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Oversee project documentation, material control, and change order processes
• Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical or mission critical construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex technical requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
