10+ years of overall IT experience

Active Project Management Professional Certification.

5 years of experience in managing information technology projects

5 years of experience in information systems development.

5 years of experience in using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.

5 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.

5 years of experience with state information security and risk management standards.

5 years of experience in senior level project management.

3 years of leadership experience.

5 years of experience with agile methods and techniques.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including meeting facilitation and business solution definition

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Visio, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering large-scale public-sector IT or ERP modernization projects, preferably within state government environments

Prior involvement with financial, accounting, or ledger management systems (e.g., PALM, FLAIR, or similar platforms)

Agile project management experience

Strong collaboration with finance, accounting, and technical teams
