Senior Project Manager – Structural Restoration & Repair

Our client, a local contractor specializing in structural repair and concrete strengthening, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead their growing team. With a full backlog this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and be part of building something.
In this role, you’ll oversee highly technical, self-performed work—including structural strengthening, seismic upgrades, carbon fiber and post-tensioned systems, and complex concrete restoration for infrastructure and DOT projects. You’ll manage project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with a collaborative team across estimating, engineering, and field operations.
Typical project values range from $5M–$15M, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and financial success.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead industrial and structural restoration projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules in coordination with field teams.
- Prepare contracts and oversee revisions, working closely with internal legal/contracts staff.
- Manage all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Supervise and mentor project staff, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Managers.
- Collaborate with estimating and sales teams to review bids and support proposal development.
- Identify and mitigate risk and loss exposure across assigned projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial or restoration-focused construction
- Expertise in structural concrete repair, waterproofing, and/or strengthening methods
- Proficient in ProCore, Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report

Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 + bonus
