Senior Project Manager – Structural Restoration & Repair
    Seattle, WA

Our client, a local contractor specializing in structural repair and concrete strengthening, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead their growing team. With a full backlog this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and be part of building something.

In this role, you’ll oversee highly technical, self-performed work—including structural strengthening, seismic upgrades, carbon fiber and post-tensioned systems, and complex concrete restoration for infrastructure and DOT projects. You’ll manage project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with a collaborative team across estimating, engineering, and field operations.

Typical project values range from $5M–$15M, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and financial success.

If you're a construction leader who thrives in complex environments and is energized by growth, this is a chance to make your mark.

    Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead industrial and structural restoration projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules in coordination with field teams.
    • Prepare contracts and oversee revisions, working closely with internal legal/contracts staff.
    • Manage all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
    • Supervise and mentor project staff, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Managers.
    • Collaborate with estimating and sales teams to review bids and support proposal development.
    • Identify and mitigate risk and loss exposure across assigned projects.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.

    Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field or relevant work experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in industrial or restoration-focused construction
    • Expertise in structural concrete repair, waterproofing, and/or strengthening methods
    • Proficient in ProCore, Microsoft Office and construction management software
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
    • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report

    Company Benefits:

    • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
    • 401K + fully vested in 5 years
    • Lucrative PTO + Paid time-off and holidays
    • Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card

    Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000 + bonus
