    Our client, an established engineering and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure and transportation engineering projects.

    This is an opportunity to take a key leadership role with a respected firm, guiding projects from initial planning through successful completion. The right person will bring strong project management and technical expertise, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

    This position goes beyond managing schedules and deliverables. You’ll help shape project strategy, guide critical decisions, strengthen client partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth while ensuring projects meet expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

    You’ll also mentor developing professionals and help strengthen the firm’s overall project delivery capabilities. The company is looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who is excited to make a meaningful impact on its projects, clients, and team.

    Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

    • Lead transportation and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
    • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and overall performance.
    • Coordinate engineers, designers, technicians, clients, and other project stakeholders.
    • Oversee technical deliverables, plans, reports, specifications, and project documentation.
    • Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
    • Support proposals, presentations, business development, and client relationship efforts.
    • Identify new opportunities and contribute to continued business growth.
    • Mentor and support the development of engineering and project staff.
    • Travel as needed for client meetings and project requirements.

    Senior Project Manager Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    • At least 10 years of experience in transportation, civil engineering, infrastructure, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
    • Experience with client development, business development, or project pursuits.
    • Strong project management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with engineering design and project management software.
    • Familiarity with applicable transportation standards and public-sector projects preferred.

    Compensation: $135,000 - $180,000 per year
