    Citizens Insurance, a Member of Correll Insurance Group has an immediate need for a Senior Property & Casualty Manager at our office in Anderson, SC.

    Job Summary: The Senior Property & Casualty Account Manager will be highly experienced in CL and PL lines of business. This position is the first point of contact for our clients by providing consultation and support. Marketing new business to companies is required in this position as well as meeting service standards adopted by the agency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Client Interaction

    Foster and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate follow-up, quotations, and general account support.

    Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and policy changes.

    Communicate policy updates, adjustments, and renewal information to clients.

    Support new and existing clients by gathering necessary data, researching and presenting policy options, binding new coverage, canceling old policies, and collaborating with Supervisor on carrier negotiations.

    Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and maintaining partnerships via in-person, phone, online, or written communication.

    Partner with clients to complete accurate submissions for marketing to carriers and obtain quotes for new and renewal business.

    Analyze client needs to identify crossselling opportunities and proactively resolve service issues.

    Create proposals and coverage summaries for clients.

    Maintain client policies, including initiating endorsements and managing billing and collections.

    Review policy audits, verify accuracy, and coordinate corrections between clients and carriers.

    Policy Management

    Review carrier quotes to ensure appropriate coverage and negotiate coverage changes or pricing as needed.

    Create and manage new business and renewal applications and related tasks.

    Process endorsements and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.

    Review and assess coverage needs of existing clients at renewal or other points of change.

    Send renewal communications, including letters and emails, to clients.

    Administrative Support

    Use electronic task systems and renewal/expiration reports to maintain an organized and effective workflow.

    Document client interactions, inquiries, and actions taken in accordance with Agency standards.

    Maintain accurate records and ensure all procedures are properly followed and easily accessible.

    Collaborate with team members, answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

    Minimum Requirements

    Strong track record in Property & Casualty lines to immediately step in and manage a book of business (usually 3-5 years of experience).

    Proficient in AMS360 and ImageRight (Worksmart) is preferred but not required

    Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment, consistently meeting required deadlines.

    Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to quickly assess and prioritize key issues.

    Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
