    The Senior Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role and serves as the account executive and primary contact for property owners, overseeing the operational and financial success of a multifamily and commercial portfolio. Key responsibilities include team leadership, client relations, property maintenance, lease management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee the execution of owner goals by aligning leasing, maintenance, financial objectives, managing cash flow, and capital improvement strategies with their investment targets.

    Drive portfolio performance by implementing retention strategies, reducing vacancies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles and deliver high-quality service.

    Oversee leasing strategies to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates, leveraging accurate advertising, vacancy postings, and market-aligned pricing for both Multifamily and Commercial properties.

    Manage vendor relationships and oversee bidding and approvals for repairs and capital projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

    Act as the trusted advisor for property owners, providing comprehensive updates on leasing metrics, financial performance, and maintenance activity.

    Requirements

    An active real estate or sales license is required.

    The ideal candidate has experience managing teams.

    At least 4+ years of Property Management, Real Estate Operations, and Lease Management experience

    Ability to travel within a two-hour radius of the office as needed.

    Skills and competencies:

    Strong understanding of property maintenance and budgeting

    Tenant Relations and Customer Service skills

    Financial Reporting and Analysis skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Nice to have:

    Experience with AppFolio Property Management is a plus

    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
