What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a core member of cross-functional teams improving manufacturing processes

• Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance Engineering team, including performance management and hiring

• Review validation and risk management activities supporting regulatory submissions and product launches

• Lead investigations, nonconformance workflows, and change management initiatives

• Guide technical problem solving and prepare materials supporting quality programs

• Experience leading nonconformance investigations and change management workflows

• Knowledge of statistical techniques used in quality engineering
