Senior Real Estate Advisor – Residential Investment & Small Commercial Metro Atlanta | Commission-Based We are seeking an experienced real estate professional as a trusted advisor to join a highly active, investor-centric real estate team focused on serious sellers and investors of residential and select small commercial investments throughout Metro Atlanta. This is not a traditional residential sales role. You will advise investors on acquisition, disposition, risk, and return, working alongside a team with substantial firsthand experience in fix-and-flip, short- and long-term hold strategies, private equity, in-house property management, and international investor relationships. Our leadership team has bought, operated, and sold hundreds of properties for its own account and remains an active buyer today. Why Join Us • Investor-first culture—we actively invest and operate properties ourselves • Proven experience across multiple market cycles • In-house property management for operational insight • Repeat investor clients and portfolio-level opportunities • Professional, collaborative environment—not a high-pressure sales shop Responsibilities: • Advise clients on purchasing and selling residential investment properties and small commercial assets • Analyze opportunities using key investment metrics (cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, exit strategy) • Guide investors through pricing, underwriting, negotiation, due diligence, and closing • Communicate market conditions, financing considerations, and risk factors clearly and professionally • Collaborate with in-house property management and investment leadership to support client outcomes Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Strong understanding of: Investor behavior and decision-making, Short- and long-term investment strategies, and Generational Wealth Strategies • Knowledge of the Atlanta Metro real estate market. • Ability to discuss rates of return, cash flow, comparative asset analysis, and economic conditions in practical, client-friendly terms • High professional standards, sound judgment, and a long-term advisory mindset • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and colleagues Compensation: $200,000
