The Noel Collective is seeking an experienced Nashville-based senior real estate agent to join our growing team of high-performing professionals. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of real estate experience, deep expertise in the Nashville market, particularly Brentwood and Franklin, and an established book of business they're actively working. This isn't a role for someone building their client base from scratch; we're looking for a seasoned producer who's already thriving and ready to do so within a collaborative, supportive environment. Beyond their own production, this person will serve as a senior leader and mentor — someone who genuinely enjoys sharing their knowledge and investing in the growth of those around them. What to expect: This is a full-time position. Leads generated through The Noel Collective's sphere will be available to you, but the expectation is that your own pipeline remains your primary driver. The ideal lead mix is approximately 70% self-generated / 30% team-provided. Compensation- 100% Commission Based Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Lead and manage your own portfolio of real estate transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and successful closings • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise in the Nashville market to provide tailored advice • Collaborate with our team to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of learning and growth • Mentor other agents on the team, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals • Utilize your established network to generate leads, contributing to both personal and team success • Stay informed about market trends and developments, ensuring you provide clients with the most current and relevant information • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing your expertise to collective decision-making processes Qualifications: • Valid TN Real Estate License • Highly organized with the ability and willingness to follow team systems • Experience in real estate sales with a minimum of eight years in the field, with proven results • Excellent mentorship and coaching skills • Deep knowledge of the Nashville market, especially the Brentwood and Franklin areas. • Proven track record of closing deals and maintaining a robust client pipeline. • Ability to conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand and meet client needs. • Strong communication skills to provide top-notch service and advice to clients. • Experience in creating written purchase offers to streamline the closing process. • Ability to gather and share local community information to assist clients effectively. • Must submit the last four years of sales numbers by year
