What You’ll Do
Recruit top talent across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), G&A, and Technology teams
Support and scale hiring needs across North America, with potential for global hiring
Use data and metrics to optimize processes (conversion ratios, time to hire, etc.)
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, building tailored hiring strategies
Build inclusive and objective recruitment processes focused on competency-based assessments
Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, networking events, job boards, and personal networks
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including networking events and recruitment marketing
Utilize an ATS (such as Greenhouse) to improve visibility and streamline recruiting workflows
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and leadership to align on hiring priorities
What You’ll Need
5+ years of recruiting experience in the SaaS or technology sector
Strong ability to interpret and leverage data to influence hiring decisions
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar)
Established network within the Chicago startup/tech/SaaS community is a plus
Ability and willingness to attend and host networking events
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise
Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred
On-site presence expected at least four days per week to foster collaboration and connection
