Candidate Recruiter (Sourcing + Vetting)

Location: Spokane, WA (In Office)
Compensation: Base + Performance Bonus
This Is Not an HR Role.
This role is for someone who can move fast, communicate well, and consistently generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
If you like being on the phone, sending outreach, screening people, and controlling the front end of the recruiting process — you’ll do great here.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
This is a high-output sourcing and candidate vetting role. You will:
Source candidates daily (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, referrals)
Send high volumes of outreach messages and emails
Follow up relentlessly (this is where most people fail)
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates quickly
Qualify candidates for:
skill
communication
motivation
professionalism
compensation expectations
Build shortlists and pass top candidates to the lead recruiter
Keep candidate records organized and updated
This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, pace, and measurable work.
What Success Looks Like
You will succeed in this role if you can consistently:
Generate qualified candidate conversations every week
Maintain a high volume of outreach without losing quality
Spot strong candidates quickly
Communicate clearly and professionally
Keep things organized and moving
This is not a “post and pray” recruiting job.
This is proactive recruiting.
Who We’re Looking For
You do NOT need recruiting experience.
We’re more interested in people with backgrounds like:
high-volume outbound calling
customer-facing roles with urgency and follow-up
inside sales support
appointment setting
call center (the good kind)
hospitality (high-end) + strong phone skills
banking operations + people skills
You should be:
confident on the phone
comfortable sending lots of outreach
organized and reliable
able to take coaching without ego
able to handle rejection without getting emotional about it
