    Senior Recruitment Consultant – Your Consulting Impact

    You will support a portfolio of clients and recruitment searches across multiple industries and throughout the org chart (supporting 8 to 10 searches at a time).

    • Lead full searches - participation or leading intake, active headhunting sourcing and outreach, deep dive candidate screening, providing your consulting recommendation to client, interview process support, assistance with offer letter and pre-placement process through candidate first day and ongoing check ins
    • Actively headhunt and source talent for clients
    • Participate in the development and adjustment of recruitment strategy for searches
    • Provide market insight and hiring recommendations to clients

    You Have

    • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting searches from intake through placement
    • Experience actively sourcing and headhunting candidates (not just posting jobs and reviewing applicants!)

    Compensation & Benefits

    $80,000 - $100,000 base salary plus commission based on production. And additional incentives. Flexible for the right candidate. Flexible for 35 hours a week + for part time or contract to start – if we are right for each other we will figure it out!

    Hybrid schedule with two days per week in our Rocklin, California office
