Recruitz is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talen

What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various departments
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the professional development of the Talent Acquisition team
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years at a senior level
- Proven track record of successful hires for various roles, including technical and leadership positions
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
