The Senior RBT/ Mid-Level Supervisor/ BCaBA role involves providing direct oversight of client programming, supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families and other providers. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, leadership initiative, and a commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
Note: All mid-level case supervision is expected to be completed either in person at the EBC Center located at 20 Dewitt Avenue, Clovis, in the client’s home, or via tele-health, depending on client needs and program requirements.
Work Expectations: This full-time position averages 40 hours per week. Employees are expected to maintain an average of 120 billable hours per month, with the remaining time dedicated to supervision, training, documentation, meetings, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with conducting skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs); contribute to individualized treatment plans.
● Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy directly in-home, at school, or in clinic/community settings.
● Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
● Ensure all clinical documentation meets ethical, legal, and funding-source standards.
● Participate in team case reviews and clinical development projects.
● Support BCBAs and clinical staff in client-related work across environments.
Qualifications Education: ● Working toward or holding a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; and/or
Skills:
● Strong analytical and organizational skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Demonstrated leadership potential and mentoring capability.
● Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD, or behavioral challenges.
● Familiarity with trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
● Compensation is determined by our fixed salary structure that considers years of experience, education and certification
● Medical Insurance: EBC pays 70% of the employee-only premium (employee responsible for the remaining share).
● Dental & Vision Insurance: EBC pays 100% of the employee-only premium.
● Benefits Eligibility: Medical, dental, and vision contributions as stated above begin after 90 days of employment (upon eligibility).

Employment Terms
Employment with EBC is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Continued employment is contingent upon:
● Successful completion of onboarding requirements (Form I-9, background check/Live Scan, TB clearance).
● Verification of credentials and adherence to EBC’s Code of Conduct and confidentiality policies.
