Responsibilities: Your Mission • Represent clients in master calendar and individual hearings, bond hearings, motions to reopen, and appeals before the BIA and Federal Circuit. • Develop legal strategies that are aggressive, ethical, and client-focused. • Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure outstanding legal performance. • Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, and cultural empathy.
