    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to help manage mission-critical Business Applications in an organization of over 3,500 employees, located across 35 communities and offices, in seven states.  You’ll work to support, manage, and maintain Yardi modules covering Finance & Accounting (Voyager Senior Living), Sales & Marketing (Senior CRM), and Clinical (Yardi EHRx). You’ll work as part of the SRG IT Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Applications.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Quickly respond to and resolve requests for technical support from end-users of Yardi Voyager, Senior CRM, and Yardi EHRx
    • Identify if issues are being caused by user error, or system error
    • Escalate and manage advanced issues by working with Yardi Support
    • Conduct application configuration changes
    • Assist in testing and validation of upgrades and configuration changes
    • Provide support for other key business applications
    • Support the design, implementation, and deployment of applications
    • Build, support, and maintain integrations between applications
    • Collaborate with Senior IT Staff for evolution of technology in the organization
    • Create and Maintain documentation
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Finance) or equivalent industry experience
    • 2+ year's work experience supporting Yardi Voyager or another Financial application
    • Experience writing SQL queries
    • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with non-technical end users, technical collogues, and Corporate Leadership
    • Ability to work independently with general direction and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
    • Previously worked in Senior Housing, Real Estate, Managed Service, Hospitality, or Healthcare organizations
