    Job Description

    Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies to increase brand and community awareness, strengthen company’s market position, emphasize company’s and community’s unique selling propositions in order to achieve and exceed desired business goals.  Responsible for managing internal and external messaging including public relations, media relations and community relations communications.  

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops and drives implementation of differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/ plans, materials, media across all channels and related promotions and events to meet business objectives within established budgetary parameters.
    • Develops marketing plans and annual budgets for all existing and new development projects that meet business objectives and drive leads.
    • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team including in-house team and third-party vendors to achieve marketing goals while maintaining maximum efficiency.   
    • Directs tracking of marketing KPIs and conversion rates across all channels and provides analysis, and interpretation of community data and reports, market research collection, and competitor comparisons.
    • Works closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
    • Maintains brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
    • Coordinates the design, production and delivery of all marketing materials while maintaining the design and branding standards established by SRG.
    • Strategizes and coordinates the placement of all SRG community display advertising, media plans and online channels.
    • Strategizes and coordinates the development of the SRG website and all on-line marketing and social media initiatives and advertising.
    • Routinely reviews effectiveness of all SRG community marketing campaigns with on-site personnel (Executive Director (ED) and sales staff) and appropriate corporate staff.
    • Routinely reviews lead management data to determine effectiveness of specific marketing activities.
    • Develops strategy and directs the planning and coordination of SRG community events and promotions.
    • Oversees coordination of all SRG community groundbreaking and grand opening special events and promotions.
    • Strategizes and coordinates public relation opportunities for corporate and communities.
    • Coordinates with other corporate departments to assist and support SRG corporate initiatives.
    • Reviews and codes for processing all corporate marketing invoices and corporate-placed community marketing invoices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
    • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role
    • Proven marketing / sales leader in hospitality, real estate and/or health care industry; experience working with seniors preferred.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Experience with CRM software, and digital marketing tools and techniques
    • Strong leadership skills
