Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience

5+ years’ of HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment.

Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Suite

Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Ready Suite

Understanding of SAP Portal technology.

Functional knowledge on SAP HCM, Success Factors

Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP

Mail Services in SAP through Standard API

General understanding of accounting process.

Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration

Specific Skills:

SAP HCM (Time, Payroll, Benefits, OM, PA)

SAP ABAP (Object-Oriented, Reports, Enhancements, BAPI, RFC)

SuccessFactors integration

Kronos integration

SAP Portal, Fiori, Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms

SAP Cloud Platform Integration / PI

Workflow, Interfaces (SOAP/REST, IDOC)

Testing tools (SCAT, eCATT)

Production support & system enhancements.
