Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive – Retail Packaging Industry
Location: Hybrid (Delaware-based with weekly travel to PA, NJ, MD, & VA)

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who understands this as well.
Who Are You: You're an experienced B2B salesperson with a deep understanding of either the retail or packaging industry. You know how to identify growth opportunities, manage key accounts, and speak the language of small to mid-sized retailers. You're also energized by a hybrid role that combines strategy, relationship-building, and face-to-face client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, schedule visits to assess needs, provide product updates, and introduce new offers.
Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and sales presentations to prospective clients in PA, NJ, MD, & VA.
Develop a targeted list of independent retailers and other businesses to prospect while traveling within designated areas.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and potential leads in CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by the Sales Manager.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience (preferably in retail, packaging, or print).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable with hybrid work and regional travel.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Perks:
Base salary: $60,000–$70,000.
Commission: $20,000–$30,000+ potential and performance bonuses.
